Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours of dispatch, allowing you to follow your package’s journey.

LuniqHome is not responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
5. Lost or Delayed Packages
While we are not liable for packages lost or delayed by the shipping carrier, your satisfaction is our priority. If your tracking information indicates an issue or your package is significantly overdue, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you in locating your order.
